Due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept any returns unless faulty. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all spellings of names are correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling of names or any other information, such as birth or christening dates. However, we understand that mistakes do happen, so if you have made a mistake, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
With regards to colour of products, we do try to match the colours of products as accurately as possible on our website. However please be aware that there may be slight variations in colour shade due to photography and computer screens.
