*Please note all personalised orders received after Tuesday 19th December will not be dispatched until after the 4th January as our embroiderers are now on holiday.

Please allow plenty of time for your Toffee Moon order to arrive. The following delivery lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Toffee Moon do not accept liability for deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

UK Standard Delivery:

Free Delivery on all orders.

Estimated delivery after despatch 2 -3 working days.

 

EU Delivery- Suspended:

Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU (including gifts) are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. In line with this legislation, Toffee Moon is responsible for paying the VAT to the EU on the goods we send out. However the process of registering for VAT in the EU is prohibitive for a small company like us. So we have taken the decision at this time to suspend delivery to the EU from this website.
