CUSTOMER UPDATE FOR ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Service Update 8 February 2023: Due to the recent cyber incident, the Royal Mail Delivery of International items may take slightly longer than usual and customers using Tracked services may notice different tracking information as items leave the UK.

For non-personalised orders we aim to send out within 2 working days from date of your order.
For personalised orders we aim to send out within 3 working days from date of your order.
If you have not received your confirmation of posting within these time frames, please contact contactus@toffeemoon.co.uk
Royal Mail is our preferred method of posting.

Please allow plenty of time for your Toffee Moon order to arrive. The following delivery lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Toffee Moon do not accept liability for deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
UK Standard Delivery:
Free Delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery after despatch 2 -3 working days.
EU Delivery- Suspended:
Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU (including gifts) are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. In line with this legislation, Toffee Moon is responsible for paying the VAT to the EU on the goods we send out. However the process of registering for VAT in the EU is prohibitive for a small company like us. So we have taken the decision at this time to suspend delivery to the EU from this website.
